Ambaree is an IT Business Analyst by qualification, but for the past few years she has been spending most of her time giving talks and conducting workshops about how leading a plant-based lifestyle can benefit human health, the planet and our fellow earthlings.

A Social Entrepreneur, Ambaree has been able to reverse her condition of Hypothyroidism being on a plant based diet. She is certified in Food Sustainability and Plant-based Nutrition from eCornell. She is a part of many organisations like Kampung Senang, Centre for a Responsible Future and Rotary Club. Using these and social media platforms she reaches out to people who are curious about the science and art about eating a plant based diet.

She has 2 beautiful children - 9 and 3 - who she is raising vegan.
