Elle is a Bachelor-qualified, accredited nutritionist with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, having completed a Health Science Degree in Nutritional Medicine through Torrens University in Australia. She has spent the past 5 years working in the role of Executive Assistant to Trevor Bolland, the CEO and Co-founder of Nuzest, a premium plant-based supplement brand. Previously undertaking a Degree in Communications and Media, Elle spent the first 7 years of her career in free-to-air television and publishing, later realising she was most inspired by complementary medicine and the role of diet in longevity, and its impact on the human body and individual wellbeing.

She currently sees clients alongside her work at Nuzest, which ensures a balance of industry and private practice exposure. This fulfils her passion for human connection and service through the provision of therapeutic treatment plans and the facilitation of change through education; empowering people to live happier, healthier lives full of vitality. Her love for all forms of communication supports the development of strong therapeutic relationships with clients in practice and enables her to play a key role in supporting Nuzest’s executive team in continuing to deliver the best quality supplements available.

Elle loves to spend any extra minute she has in the kitchen, and actively practices a food is medicine approach, ensuring nutritional adequacy of her clients is prioritised through the implementation of a whole food, and predominantly plant-based diet.
