Pauliina is a vegan chef and owner of Living Food Lab, a vegan restaurant, education space, caterer and event host in Canggu, Bali.
As mama to the Living Food Lab family, as well as to two young adult daughters, Pauliina brings together more than a decade of study and practice in alternative therapies and vegan cuisine. She first founded and ran a holistic wellness business called R.A.W. Inside Out in Singapore from 2013 to 2016. As of 2017, she and her husband have been offering vegan food, experiences and education through their business, Living Food Lab.
Pauliina wants to do business the kind way, and to spread the message about veganism because of all the positive impacts it can have on animal liberty, planetary health and people’s wellbeing. She is in the process of building a platform to spread awareness of how we can best nourish ourselves on the levels of body, mind, and spirit, and find our own path to a happier and healthier life, based on her life motto: whole over perfect.
